Belfair

Investment: One of the finest private golf club communities in the Southeast Property Description and Location: Located on 1,028 acres of prime Lowcountry land, Belfair is just five miles west of the bridge to Hilton Head Island. Belfair includes two Tom Fazio designed 18-hole courses, a $7.5 million clubhouse, a 30-acre state-of-the-art golf learning center, tennis courts, swimming pool, and a health club and fitness center. Description and Location: The project is
located 6 miles west of Hilton Head Island, 15 miles north of downtown
Savannah, 8 miles east of Interstate Highway 95 and 25 miles south of

different segments. Buckwalter
JV, LLC was formed as a joint venture with Toll Brothers, Inc., a
publicly traded company, to develop approximately 1,000 acres into a
high-end, gated, residential golf/social membership community. There are 316 general commercial upland acres and 62 neighborhood commercial upland acres located on or near Buckwalter parkway off of Highway 278. Land uses include retail, lodging, resort, medical, office, financial, hi-tech, service, light manufacturing, multi-family and civic/institutional. Sites are available for purchase, build-to-suit and lease opportunities. The remainder of the acreage is intended to be used to develop a Belfair/Berkeley Hall type high-end, private, residential golf community. |
